Binance, the largest exchange in the world, has announced the delisting of Bitcoin Cash SV (BCHSV) after a large number of the cryptocurrency community stood against the creator, Craig Wright, who has been parading himself as Satoshi Nakamoto.
According to the exchange, it “decided to delist and cease trading on all trading pairs (of BSV)” on 2019/04/22 at 10:00 AM UTC based on its recent reviews of the altcoin.
Respected individuals in the cryptocurrency space have stood against Craig Wright and Bitcoin SV recently, after the founder of the altcoin filed defamation charges against two popular crypto enthusiasts, Hodlonaut and Peter McCormack who called Wright “a fraud”.
Although Binance did not mention the ongoing turmoil in the crypto space as a reason for the delisting, the exchange said it considered some certain factors after conducting periodic review of Bitcoin SV.
“At Binance, we periodically review each digital asset we list to ensure that it continues to meet the high level of standard we expect,” the exchange said.
Speaking on the reason for delisting Bitcoin SV, Binance said Coins that do not meet its standard are delisted to protect the interest of its customers.
According to Binance, coin or token with poor commitment from team members, slow or no development, substandard Network / smart contract and fraudulent conducts among other issues are delisted.
Therefore, Binance maintained that all BSV trades and orders will be automatically removed after trading ceases in each respective trading pair.
“Withdrawals of these coins and tokens from Binance will continue to be supported until 2019/07/22 at 10:00 AM UTC,” the exchange added.
Supporters Of BSV Should Be Attacking Craig Wright– CZ Binance
The Chinese-Canadian business executive, Changpeng Zhao, added another update to his tussle with Craig White in a tweet at the early hours of the day.
Zhao said it would be wrong for anyone who is an ardent supporter of Bitcoin Satoshi’s Vision (BSV) to back Craig Wright, the creator of the project, in his claim to be the original Satoshi.
Supporting BSV from the technical perspective will make one attack Craig Wright on his fraudulent claims has he continues to poison the crytpo community, Zhao added.
Lastly, anyone who supports BSV from a tech perspective should be attacking the fraudulent Craig Wright, who is poisoning YOUR community, and not attack the rest of the world.
Anyone thinking CW is Satoshi should read about how a private key works, ie, learn about crypto.
In a sarcastic manner, the CEO of the world’s largest exchange said until the real Satoshi gives an approval on Craig Wright, everyone except him is the real Satoshi.
