– Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu has appointed Oluwadera Aragbiaye as the new head of service in Ondo state

– The governor said he is very confident in Araigbaiye’s competence to deliver in his new post

– The appointee will be sworn into his new post on Monday, July 1 The Ondo state governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, has approved the appointment of Oluwadare Aragbaiye as the head of service of the state public service.

According to a press release made available, Segun Ajiboye, the state chief press secretary, the appointment was in line with the provisions of section 208, sub section 3 of the constitution.

A part of the statement read: “Ondo state governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, has approved the appointment of Mr Oluwadare Aragbaiye as the head of service of the Ondo state Public Service.

“The governor’s approval of the appointment is in line with the provisions of Section 208, Sub-section 3 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999, as amended. “The appointment is in recognition of Aragbaiye’s reliability and efficiency.”

The Ondo state governor said he is convinced that Aragbaiye will provide the right leadership and put the public service in the right part. Aragbaiye joined the state public service in 1985 as an administrative officer, Grade Level 08 in the Ministry of Finance.

The new head of service will be sworn-in at 11 am on Monday, July 1, at the International Events and Cultural Center (The Dome) in Akure.
